Master Electrician License Preparation – 85 Hours 

February 15, 2018 

Expected End Date: May 22, 2018

or

September 04, 2018 

Expected End Date: December 18, 2018

 Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00pm to 9:00pm

To qualify for a Master Electrician License in Nassau & Suffolk County, individuals must prove 7 years working under a licensed Master Electrician.

Understanding Generators, Sales and Installations for the Electrical Contractor          - 16 Hours

IIn this 16 hour course, you will learn the following:

Basic generator theory, Types of generators with options,
Auxiliary systems

Understanding Transformers   - 12 Hours

This Course is designed for the individual who wants to learn more about transformers. Topics that will be covered: Transformer Theory: Magnetism, Phase Volt to Line Volt, Phase current to line Current, Turn Ratio, Applied Math NEC Requirement: 250-30 Separately Derived System, 450 Transformer

Basic Estimating

Starts: January 30, 2018   Expected End Date: February 13, 2018

Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00pm – 9:00pm

 

This course is designed for the individual who wants to learn electrical estimating.  The best chance to succeed in your business is by estimating accurately and correctly.

Practical For Electrical License - 21 Hours

Starts: May 24, 2018

Ends: June 14, 2018

Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Total Cost of Course:  $395.00

This course is designed to prepare students for Part II of their Master Electricians License test.
Graduates will receive a Certificate.
