Complaints Resolution Process: In the school; to BPSS; to ACCET The student is encouraged to bring any complaint to the attention of the Assistant Director or the Registrar or who will address the matter. If the situation warrants it, the student may request a meeting with the Director or send a letter detailing the problem. A written response will be made within 10 business days from the receipt of a written complaint. The Director can appoint a committee of at least three people to assess the situation. The staff and the faculty of the Electrical Training Center are committed to assist students as much as possible to resolve any problems that may interfere with their success at the School.
